The International SportKite Rule Book Committee (IRBC) have now incorporated all the feedback received during the earlier consultation period to 28 February 2017. IRBC now regards ISK Rule Books Editions 3.0 as effective from sportkite competition seasons commencing on or after 01 April 2017 unless otherwise stated by sanctioning authorities.
